i’m freshly make a new account at bpplaced. When i’d to upload my file via FTP, i can’t see the directory. Just file manager, mysql, and pgsql folder. where i can upload my file?

hi and welcome to 
just upload your files to the directory you are seeing when ou are connected to ftp.
so just copy it in the folder where you can see filemanager, mysqladmin and pgsqladmin too. You also could delete this folders, they are only to orientate if you are new to bplaced.
