Problem in ftp

I cannot log in into my account through ftp client. I’m using nautilus under linux, and ftp bash command… the result is “ftp: connect: Connection refused”. Are There any changes in ftp servers today? This morning all works ok. My username/acount is like my nick

look if you have any firewall running which can block the ftp ( or/and the ftp ports) and create a new ftp account without a cryptical passwort =)
