Wordpress Fehlermeldung

Seit heute bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung beim Einloggen in meine Wordpress Installation. Vor 2 Tagen ging alles noch ohne Probleme. Ich habe an der Installation nichts verändert z.B. keine neuen Plugins installiert: https://blog.aschnabel.bplaced.net

Beim reload kommt folgendes (habe alle Plugins deaktiviert):

ehler ist aufgetreten. Es scheint etwas bei WordPress.org oder mit dieser Serverkonfiguration nicht zu stimmen. Sollte das Problem weiter bestehen, nutze bitte die Support-Foren. Du nutzt ein freestyle Konto? Dort sind externe Serververbindungen z.b. via curl deaktiviert. Daher kann dein Wordpress nicht nach hause telefonieren um beispielsweise die News im Dashboard anzuzeigen oder Updates zu laden.

Ahoi,

hier finden innert einer Minute entsprechend viele cURL/Socket-Abfragen statt, dass das gesetzte Limit pro Minute nicht ausreicht. Eine genaue Übersicht über diese Verbindungen hast du hier: https://my.bplaced.net/php

Ich unterstelle mal, dass hier eine Fehlkonfiguration vorliegt, denn eigentlich sind unsere Limits ziemlich großzügig gesetzt und sollten ausreichen. Am Besten erstellst du ein Support-Ticket, dann schauen wir uns das mal im Detail an.
