Create custom Error 403

Hi, i want to ask.
Can i make a custom 403 page with .htaccess…?
I already make .htaccess with content
ErrorDocument 403 /403.html
after it i test this file, my custom 403 file not show but there show bplaced.net 403 forbidden.
You can help me please…
