Error 403 for Yandexbot

Hello.
Yandex is the popular Russian search engine. In August Yandex updates its search bot (Yandexbot). After this when the Yandexbot tries index my site, server returns to it error 403. Only for Yandex.
Its Useragent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; YandexBot/3.0; +http://yandex.com/bots). All Yandexes useragents are here: help.yandex.ru/webmaster/?id=995329
Please, can you configure Apache to solve this problem?
