Files uploaded to server but not reachable

Hi there
I just registered and uploaded installation joomla files to my root directory, but im getting this error when attempting to start installation:
Diese Seite ist leider nicht mehr verfügbar, Fehler 404. Sorry, this page is not available any more, error 404.

I tested it by uploading just index.htm but i’m getting the same error! Please help!
