Help me plz...my server doesn't work!

hello ;
yesterday i opened my website and doesn’t work…but when i open my account in bplaced i didn’t found anything there just this message: (i don’t understand this language)

Dein Benutzerkonto ist im Moment deaktiviert. Du hast trotzdem noch Zugriff zum Supportsystem um Anfragen bezüglich einer Aktivierung zu stellen.

Dieser Abschnitt ist nur noch so lange zugänglich, wie Dein Konto inaktiv ist - nach dem Verstreichen der gesetzten Frist von 31 Tagen wird das Konto vollständig entfernt.

Dein Konto wurde mit folgender Begründung deaktiviert: Chats.

and when i use filezilla to upload some files it answers that the password isn’t correct and when i open y website i find just some bplaced’s advertisseents…so can any body tell me what’s happened plz!!! i feel like a stupid :whata: now and i can’t do anything
help me plz. :susp:

Your account has been disabled.
Reason: Chats
serverside chats are not allowed on bplaced.

I think the best solution is to ask via the supportsystem (support ticket) in your user control panel, if the account can be reactivated, and then remove the chats.

what that mean: chats??? plz explain to me…

you log in and go to “Supporrt System” on the left side!

An then you write your problem.

first you must be write a ticket and then you can delete the code from the chat!
