Genau das gleiche problem hatte ich mit meinem Forum.
Es verwschwand auf einmal und wenn ich es direkt aufrufen wollte gab es auch diese meldung.
Ich habe es dann neu Installiert und jetzt geht es wieder.
hast du vielicht eine htaccess datei dran drinn wen ja lösch sie mal
Ich habe da sowas wie „htacces“ nicht xD
was ist das überhaupt…? 
Geh mal mit FTP rein und downloade die datei .htaccess und poste hier ihren Inhalt!
