I was register and FTP doesn´t work? please Activate me

Hello

This morning I registered because I bplaced.net the new user. In Control Panel, I am all set: MySQL, PgSQL and FTP.
When I enter all the necessary steps to be logging into my FTP writes:
Critical Error
Connection to server has failed.

Can anywhere from staff in bplaced activated my FTP account? I will very grateful.

http acces takes up to 1hour. Doublecheck the login name and password. If this doesn’t work, try to delete and recreate your FTP account on bplaced.net
