a big difference between Webspace and a Virtual Server is, on a (Virtual) Server you habe a Console.
On a Webspace PHP, MySQL, Apache are always running for You, and miro is the administrator.

No matter what we use, vServers, root servers, monkeys or little kitty cats, you’re getting webspace to use, most customers are pretty much satisifed. bplaced pro is available for 3€/monath, no matter what currency is in question.
you are right, this is about 40k in your currency, 3 Euro = 37,227 Indonesian Rupiah - but still the same and in my opinion, not too much. Please consider paypal for an eventual payment.
