Problem with Joomla pack

Good morning,

I have a problem with joomlapack in my website. When I try to make a backup with the tool joomlapack (i have the last version), it is all right and it outputs the archive (zip or jpa).

But when I try to extract it in local in my pc, I can’t : i have an error 0x80004005 for almost files. It is strange because last week, I didn’t have this problem …

Do you know if recently a new version of php or a change in the hash module has been deployed on the server of bplaced.net ?

Can you help me ?

alternative you make a backup with using a ftp client and the php my admin

Joomla has a lot of issue’s on this host.
( you can say joomla runs fine, but the extensions not… but that is what joomla is about, else you can take another cms >.> )
