I think you don’t come from China to this site.
But you can test it.
or use anonymizing tools like TOR or I2P ( i would prefer i2p, because this is a small anonymous web in the big non-anonymous web). probably most of the download sources of these two programs are blocked. so i downloaded it for you and hostet in on my site. happy downloading
