Hello, i have a big problem, i noticed that my account has been disabled

What i’ve been supposed to do ? And how can I fix this problem please, i don’t understand german, so can you give me a help please. I really need to fix this problem and to get my website on asap.

I didn’t received anything by mail, even if the email-adresse was correct (i put the xxxx to hidden my email adresse but the adress is correct)

You Can open a support ticket in the user control panel for more infomation. :slight_smile:

Oh thank you, i didn’t noticed that there was a support system on the control panel :wink:
But what is written on what i’ve quoted to you ? It is on german and i can’t understand all the text.
Can you help me by the way there is a possibility that i could have my account re-activated ?
